Shopping at Goodwill Pays Off

Or, how I was able able to pay off my car (as of today) in less than two years.

Woo-hoo!  🙂

It’s like an early Christmas gift for myself — and what with the economy these days, a very GOOD Christmas gift at that.

What’s next on the financial agenda, what with no credit card debt and no car notes?  Paying off the house.   The mortgage principal’s sitting at $47,000 (thanks to Creative Debt Management).

To quote Rosie the Riveter: We can do it!

I have fallen head over heels for Goodwill this year! I used to think I was saving money at consignment shops.

Pray for me to stay on budget in ’09, please!!!

I totally agree, even though I’ve never birthed a child I can attest to being there 5 times now.

I only hope we can stick to our plans also!

Merry Christmas to you and J & little Daniel! I really hope to make it to Irving sometime after Christmas. 🙂

    The end-result: priceless
    The process: AAAAAARRRRRGH!!!!!

I like comparing it to childbirth — minus the epidural. 🙂
