Like Newton to Einstein

What Happens When We Die?

Call me biased, but I don’t see a conflict between faith and science.  So I’m glad to see an actual study about near-death experiences that doesn’t totally discount patients’ accounts as delusional because of a secular materialist assumption.

If single-mothering were a paid job, I'd be rich. However, it doesn't, so I write (which doesn't pay the bills) and teach (which does). I'm overly-educated in the liberal arts, but that doesn't hinder my ability to be pragmatic and realistic. YAY.

I saw this article as well. I liked it a lot. Very even-handed.

I don’t see the conflict between science and faith either, although that might be because of my particular view of what science is.
