About lizardqueen

If single-mothering were a paid job, I'd be rich. However, it doesn't, so I write (which doesn't pay the bills) and teach (which does). I'm overly-educated in the liberal arts, but that doesn't hinder my ability to be pragmatic and realistic. YAY.

Aw, shucks, I’m just doing my job! 🙂

It only makes sense, for folks to hear the original languages. Meaning always gets lost in translation; so even though we’re not studying the works in the original language (except for Achebe), at least folks could get a sense of the actual culture by hearing the rhythm and music of the language.

OMG… I love how you are showing videos of the works in their original languages.

    Lady, you are amazing!
