The Hubby’s Imagination

My sisters and I headed to Ikea yesterday: Wen, just to tag along; Shell, to pick up some items; me, to get a dresser on JG’s behalf (since she’d still be at work when we left).

While there, I also picked up this, as a giftie for the Hubby’s birthday today.

All I can say is that it’s amazing what a 35-year old man can imagine with something as innocuous-looking as a child’s hugging heart-shaped cushion.  Okay, actually, I should’ve known.  🙂

(I blame the influence of one of our friends, who was the best man in our wedding and who called a couple of days ago.  Heh!)

Happy Birthday, the Hubby!

If single-mothering were a paid job, I'd be rich. However, it doesn't, so I write (which doesn't pay the bills) and teach (which does). I'm overly-educated in the liberal arts, but that doesn't hinder my ability to be pragmatic and realistic. YAY.
