Generic Yogurt Smoothie
1) Plain yogurt — just enough that it looks right (about a cup or more)
2) Fruit of choice — cut up, just enough that it looks right (about 1/2 cup or more)
3) Sweetener of choice — I use fruit preserves or honey (about a tablespoon or more)
4) Milk — a splash or two, or not at all, if you want the smoothie to be thicker
Combine all in a blender. Blend till smooth. Pour into a glass. Enjoy.
