Well, in case you do, here’s some tips that I’ve gleaned from various web sites:
1) Eat less, as up to 50% less than the typical diet.
2) What you do eat, make a large percentage of that be vegetables, fruits, and protein in various forms.
3) Drink lots of water.
4) Drink wine, too.
5) Drink green tea.
6) Take vitamin supplements.
9) Be with people you like (less stress).
10) Work in a job you like (less stress).
11) Live in a place you like (less stress).
